Students will learn to control and analyse parameter process such as flow, temperature, pressure using electronics systems, pneumatic and hydraulic. Maintaining control system so that the process are always stable. Students will also learn methods in operating Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Microprocessor and Microcomputer.
After completing their training, students will receive ‘Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia’ Level 1 to Level 3 accredited by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran and Technology Certificate commissioned by the Department of Human Resource.
Graduates have the opportunity to work as Process Control Technicians in Chemical/ Petrochemistry Industry, production field and processing oil/ gas, energy based field, metal/ mineral based field, field related to pharmacy, biochemistry, palm oil, oleochemicals, pulp/ paper, wood processing and also food/ beverages processing. They are also have the chance to work on oil and gas rigs.
